How much does a private jet journey cost?+
It depends on aircraft size, flight hours, positioning flights and crew overnight costs. We quote the whole journey, with the charter and the ground arrangements itemised, so you can compare options.
How far in advance should I book?+
Allow at least four to six weeks, and more for school holidays, festivals and major events. We can sometimes arrange shorter-notice trips, subject to aircraft availability.
Can we change the itinerary mid-trip?+
Often, yes. With reasonable notice we ask the operator to change times or add a stop; any extra flying or repositioning is quoted before you confirm.
Which airports can we use?+
Most international airports and many smaller ones accept private flights, subject to runway length, opening hours and permits. Safari airstrips are reached by light-aircraft transfers.
Is private jet travel safe?+
We book only with licensed charter operators. The aircraft and crew operate under that operator's certificate and the rules of the aviation authority that oversees it.
What about luggage and special requests?+
Baggage allowance depends on the aircraft, and we confirm it with your quote. Dietary needs, celebrations on board and medical equipment can be arranged with advance notice.
